Icona Solutions Announces Additional Funding

Icona Solutions announces additional funding of US$1.2m from IP Group plc, North West Equity Fund and Northwest Business Investment Scheme. IP Group plc becomes the company’s largest shareholder. Dr David Belford, Executive Chairman of Icona said: "Icona Solutions is an example of a UK University spin-out company successfully competing in world markets with British technology. The recent funding round will enable us to further consolidate our position and increase market penetration."
